Town hall meeting available in all six-county commission districts the week of April 15

ORLANDO, Fla. (April 3, 2024) – Visit Orlando, The Official Tourism Association® for Orlando, announces the development of a comprehensive 10-year Destination Tourism Master Plan aimed at guiding the community's future growth and development. The initiative seeks to enhance the visitor economy and prioritize the destination's and its residents' well-being.

A crucial element of this ambitious endeavor is gaining valuable input from Orange County residents. During the week of April 15, Visit Orlando will host a series of town hall meetings in each of Orange County's six commission districts to ensure that the community's voices are heard.

These town hall meetings will provide an opportunity for residents to share their insights and help Visit Orlando shape the direction of the destination for the next decade and beyond.  Residents are encouraged to attend and participate at one of the following locations. All meetings will start at 6 p.m.

  • District 1: Monday, April 15, at Gotha Middle School Cafeteria
